System status

Current status of the VegaLoop app, device integrations, and notifications. Subscribe on the status page to get incident updates by email; it is where incidents are announced and resolved, and there is no banner inside the app.

How to read it. Each service shows its state and its recent uptime. Operational means no known problem. A degraded or down integration means syncing is delayed, not lost: workouts and measurements catch up once it is resolved, so do not log them again by hand (a device copy arriving later replaces a manual entry only when it starts within 5 minutes of it).

Is it the provider? If VegaLoop reads Operational but your watch’s own app is not uploading, the problem is on the provider’s side. Check the provider’s app first and its own status page if it has one. See Workouts missing after connecting a device.
