Streaks

Make the streak work for you

A streak day needs one logged meal or one completed workout. Targets do not affect it.

The rule

  • A day is active if it has at least one logged meal or one completed workout, counted in the timezone under Settings, Display (see Entries show on the wrong day).
  • Activity on consecutive days adds one to the streak. More activity on the same day changes nothing.
  • A day with nothing logged resets the streak to one on the next active day.
  • The streak updates when you log or sync, not when you look at the dashboard.
  • Water, weight, and check-ins do not count.

The streak badge is blank each morning until the first entry of the day, because today’s count starts at zero; the streak is not lost, and the badge reappears with the first meal or workout. Logging yesterday’s dinner after today has already started counts for yesterday’s row but does not re-link today’s chain, so a forgotten day is best logged before the next day’s first entry.

Keeping the streak

  • A rest day with breakfast logged keeps the streak.
  • On a busy day, one meal logged from Log it again keeps the day active.
  • Workouts from a connected device count on their own. You do not need to log them twice.
  • Log the day’s first meal early, so the badge shows for the rest of the day.

When it breaks

When the streak breaks, nothing else on your account changes. Log something the same day and a new streak starts.
